13. Refund Policy

Discord-Buddy.com does not process or issue refunds for any payments associated with premium features, subscriptions, or supporter benefits. All refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, and payment issues must be resolved through the platform where the purchase was made:

  • Discord — for Discord-linked subscriptions
  • Patreon — for creator memberships or supporter tiers

By making a payment on any external platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Refunds are handled solely by the respective platform’s policies.
  • Discord Buddy cannot override or influence refund decisions.

14. Server Listings & User-Generated Content

Discord-Buddy.com allows public Discord servers to be listed on our platform. By submitting a server listing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

14.1. Accuracy and Responsibility

Server owners are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their listings, including:

  • Descriptions
  • Server invites
  • Logos or images
  • Tags, categories, and metadata

We do not guarantee or verify the accuracy of user-submitted server listings.

14.2. Prohibited Listing Content

You may not submit a listing that includes:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Hate speech, harassment, extremist content, or threats
  • Pornographic or explicit imagery
  • Copyrighted materials without permission
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information
  • Malware, phishing links, or harmful content

14.3. Moderation Rights

  • Remove listings with broken invites or invalid content

Moderation decisions are final.

14.5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

By submitting a server listing, you confirm that you:
